ORDINANCE NO. 20231531 SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE FOR ZONE RECLASSIFICATION OF 1.47 ACRES OF LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (L1) ZONE AND 0.80 ACRES OF COMMERCIAL (C) TO MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R310) ZONE. Adopted second reading of Ordinance approving updates to the San Marcos Municipal Code to implement AB 1236 requirements codified as Government Code Section 65850.7. Adopted (second reading) Ordinance (Rezone R210004) for a zone reclassification of 1.47 acres of Light Industrial (LI) Zone and 0.80 acres of Commercial (C) Zone to MultiFamily Residential (R310) Zone.
ORDINANCE NO. 20231530 SECOND READING OF WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES ORDINANCE UPDATE OF CHAPTER 20.465, ON SMALL WIRELESS FACILITIES WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHTSOFWAY (CASE NUMBER: TEXT AMENDMENT (TA) 190002). Adopted (second reading) Ordinance No. 20231520 approving a text amendment to San Marcos Municipal Code (SMMC) Chapter 20.465 Implementing requirements of the Federal Communications Commission "Small Cell Order" (FCC 18133).
RESOLUTION NO. 20239118 AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR CONDITIONING MAINTENANCE SERVICE, AND DELEGATING TO AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO FINALIZE AND EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT AND ALL RELATED DOCUMENTS. Adopted resolution awarding a contract for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning to Trane U.S. Inc., and delegating authority to the City Manager to negotiate, finalize and execute the contract and all related documents.
RESOLUTION NO. 20239119 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ANNEX PROPERTY TO LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 1, ZONE C; TO LEVY AND COLLECT ASSESSMENTS ON SUCH PROPERTY COMMENCING FISCAL YEAR 20232024 PURSUANT TO THE LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ACT OF 1972; AND SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF THE HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION AND THE PROPOSED LEVY AND COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENTS. Adopted a resolution of the City Council of the City of San Marcos, declaring its intention to annex property to Landscaping and Lighting District No. 1, Zone C; to levy and collect assessments on such property commencing fiscal year 20232024 pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972; and setting the time and place of the hearing on the proposed annexation and the proposed levy and collection of assessments.
