CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 9:00 AM.

No requests to speak.
FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 BUDGET WORKSHOP – PRESENTATION & DISCUSSION CITY MANAGER GRIFFIN provided a report for the general budget update and conducted the budget workshop.
CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION INCLUDED: clarification of development fees and franchise fees; property rents, tenant improvements and revenues challenges; sheriff contract and public safety costs; reserve fund amounts; sales tax projections; reserve fund policy and requirements; pension trust fund investments; and current and projected revenues.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 10:21 AM.
