APPROVAL OF MINUTES. Approved the minutes of a regular City Council meeting on May 09, 2023.
APPROVAL OF WARRANTS. Approved City Council, Successor Agency, and Fire Protection District warrants dated May 15, 2023.

RESOLUTION NO. 2023-9136 – ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF AN ENGINEER’S REPORT FOR LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 1 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023/2024. Adopted a resolution ordering the preparation of an Engineer’s Report for Landscaping and Lighting District No. 1 for Fiscal Year 2023/2024.
RESOLUTION NO. 2023-9137 – ORDER THE PREPARATION OF AN ENGINEER’S REPORT FOR THE VALLECITOS TOWN CENTER STREET MAINTENANCE DISTRICT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024. Adopted a resolution ordering the preparation of an Engineer’s Report for the Vallecitos Town Center Street Maintenance District for the Fiscal Year 2023-2024.
RESOLUTION NO. 2023-9138 – APPROVING THE 2023 REVISIONS TO THE MULTI-JURISDICTIONAL MULTI-HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN, SAN MARCOS ANNEX AND BASE PLAN, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE SAME ON BEHALF OF THE CITY. Adopted resolution approving the 2023 Revisions to the Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan, San Marcos Annex and Base Plan, and Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the same on behalf of the City.
RESOLUTION NO. 2023-9139 – APPROVING A BUDGET TRANSFER OF $450,000 FROM THE OPERATING BUDGET TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET TO CREATE A MULTI-YEAR ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGER GRANT PROGRAM PROJECT (CIP #PL005). Adopted a resolution for a Budget transfer of $450,000 from the Operating Budget to the Capital Improvement Program Budget to create a multi-year Electric Vehicle Charger Grant Program Project (CIP #PL005).
