CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

The City Council adjourned to closed session at 5:02 p.m.
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL- POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC§ 54956.9(d)(2) and (d)(4)]. Confer with City Attorney and City Manager regarding potential litigation, one potential action.
2. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS CITY MANAGER, CITY ATTORNEY, AND SPECIAL COUNSEL [GC 54956.8]. Confer with real property negotiators regarding price and terms for real property owned by Jesus E. Santos and Juana E. Santos, represented in negotiations by Bradford Kuhn of Nossaman LLP, said real property being identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 221-110-17-00, addressed as 134 Myrtle Avenue, San Marcos, CA.
3. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS CITY MANAGER, CITY ATTORNEY, AND SPECIAL COUNSEL [GC 54956.8]. Confer with real property negotiators regarding price and terms for real property owned by J. Elizabeth Santos, a single woman and Gloria P. Santos, Trustee or the Successor Trustee(s) under the GHS Living Trust dated February 22, 2000, as joint tenants, represented in negotiations by Bradford Kuhn of Nossaman LLP, said real property being identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 221-110-18-00, addressed as 140 E. Barham Drive, San Marcos, CA.
4. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS, CITY MANAGER, CITY ATTORNEY, AND SPECIAL COUNSEL [GC 54956.8]. Confer with real property negotiators regarding price and terms for real property owned by Lin Sulu Pastrana, Trustee of the AC One Land Trust Dated March 14, 2021 as to an undivided 50% interest and Lin Sulu Pastrana, Trustee of the AC Two Land Trust Dated March 14, 2021 as to an undivided 50% interest, as tenants in common, said property being identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 221-100-09-00, located on Shubin Lane (no street number), San Marcos, CA.

The City Council reconvened at 5:55 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced that councilmembers discussed the matter with staff and provided direction pertaining to item 1. The City Council discussed the matter with staff and provided direction concerning compensation on item 2. The City Council discussed the matter with staff and provided direction concerning compensation and issues on item 3. Item 4 was discussed with staff and provided direction concerning compensation to be extended in an offer of the property.
All actions were unanimous.

Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 5:59 p.m.
