As a resident of the Santa Fe Hills neighborhood in San Marcos, I would like to “voice” my concerns regarding the proposed apartment complex that would be built next to the CVS on the corner of Mission and Las Posas. Builders have not addressed the issue of the excess parking that this project would cause in the surrounding single family neighborhoods. There will probably be at least one if not two vehicles
per unit. Way too many for the already crowded streets and intersections. Another issue is the overcrowding of the nearby schools. This project shouldn’t be allowed to be built in this location. There are just too many disadvantages to this project & not enough advantages for the residents that already live in the area who’s concerns & feelings in this matter should be given the importance that they deserve.
