RESOLUTION NO. 2023-XXXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS ADOPTING UPDATED FULL TIME CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION SCHEDULES WHEREAS, negotiated salary and benefit terms have been negotiated through the collective bargaining process with recognized labor associations with an effective date of July 1, 2023; and WHEREAS, the full time Classification and Compensation Schedule now includes agreed upon cost of labor adjustments (COLA) effective July 1, 2023, that include represented and non-represented classifications; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San Marcos does hereby adopt the attached Full Time Classification and Compensation Schedule.
