The City Council adjourned to closed session at 5:31 p.m.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC 54956.9 (d)(4)]. Potential litigation, one potential action relating to San Marcos Creek District Infrastructure Project.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC 54956.9 (e)(3)]. Potential litigation, one potential action, Claimant A. Segre, relating to SDG&E franchise fees claim.
The City Council reconvened at 5:55 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced that councilmembers discussed the matter and received a status report on item 1. No reportable action was taken. The City Council discussed the matter and provided directions to the City Attorney on item 2.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 5:59 p.m.
