The land referred to herein is situated in the City of San Marcos, County of San Diego, State of California, and described as follows:
All that portion of the Right of Way and incidents thereto for such Public Highway within that portion of the unnamed road lying between Blocks 62 and 63 of Rancho Los Vallecitos de San Marcos, according to Map thereof No. 806, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, as vacated and closed to public use December 5, 1900, by an order of the Board of Supervisors of said County, a copy of said Order being recorded in Book 23, Page 175 o supervisor's Records, and dedicated per the Easement for County Highway recorded in th Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California recorded January 7, 1954 in Book 5105, Page 415.
