The land referred to herein is situated in the City of San Marcos, County of San Diego, State of California, and described as follows:
All that portion of the Easement for the Drainage and Flowage of Runoff, Storm Waters, etc. within that portion of Lot 12 in Block 63 of Rancho Los Vallecitos de San Marcos, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 806, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, December 21, 1895 and the Southerly half of the unnamed road lying Northerly of and adjoining said lots as vacated and closed to public use on December 5, 1900 by an order of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego and being recorded in Book 23, Page 175 of Supervisors Records, and described in the Drainage Easement Deed recorded in said County Recorder's Office October 13, 1994 as Doc.
