CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to closed session at 4:31 p.m.
PUBLIC EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE/DISMISSAL/RELEASE [GC§ 54957(b)(1)] CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced the City Council voted 3 to 2, with Council Members Jones, Musgrove, and Sannella voting in favor and Council Members Jenkins and Nunez voting against, to place the City Manager on paid administrative leave, effective immediately, pending further Council direction on this personnel matter.
PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT [GC§ 54957(b)(1). Title: Acting City Manager CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced the City Council voted unanimously (5 to 0), to appoint Michelle Bender as Acting City Manager, effective immediately The City Council reconvened at 5:55 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 5:50 p.m.
