RESOLUTION NO. 2023-XXXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS CANCELLING THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS OF AUGUST 8, 2023 & AUGUST 22, 2023 WHEREAS, the City Council desires to cancel the regularly scheduled meetings of August 8, 2023 and August 22, 2023; and WHEREAS, the City Council may call a Special City Council Meeting in the event a significant item arises with respect to which the City Council must take action prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting; and WHEREAS, at this point in time, there does not appear to be any significant matters that require City Council action on August 8, 2023 and August 22, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, by the City Council of the City of San Marcos, California, that it does hereby cancel the August 8, 2023 and August 22, 2023 City Council meetings.
