CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 2:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: JENKINS, MUSGROVE, NUÑEZ, SANNELLA*, JONES ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
*Councilmember Sannella attended from the teleconference location.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS – There were no requests to speak.
The City Council recessed at 2:32 p.m. into closed session.
PUBLIC EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE/DISMISSAL/RELEASE [GC§ 54957(b)(1)] PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT [GC § 54957(b)(1)]

The City Council reconvened at 3:50 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK reported city council discussed the matter and provided the following report:
Item #1 - The City Council considered terms proposed by the City Manager with respect to his separation from employment, and provided staff and legal counsel with its determination and direction with respect to the same. The City Council reached this determination unanimously, with all Council Members voting in favor.
Item #2 - No reportable action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT – Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 3:51 p.m. ________________________________
