RESOLUTION NO. 2007 - 6985
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN MARCOS AMENDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE
BUDGET REVIEW COMMITTEE TO INCLUDE AN
ALTERNATE POSITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to GC 54970 et seq., the San Marcos City Council annually appoints members to the various boards, committees and commissions; and WHEREAS, the Budget Review Committee was established by the City Council and the members serve at the pleasure of the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to adjust the membership of the Budget Review Committee to include an alternate position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Marcos does hereby expand the membership of the Budget Review Committee to include one ( 1) alternate position, term to expire June 30, 2009. The existing seven regular positions are to remain unchanged.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of San Marcos this 11th day of December, 2007, by the following roll call vote:
