RESOLUTION NO. 2023 - 9251
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN MARCOS AMENDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE
BUDGET REVIEW COMMITTEE TO INCLUDE A N
ADDITIONAL ALTERNATE POSITION
WHEREAS, the Budget Re view Committee currently consists of seven (7) re gular members and one (1) alternate member; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has requested that the City Council consider expanding the membership of the Budget Review Committee to i nclude an additional alternate , thus going from one (1) alternate member to two (2) alternate members; and WHEREAS, no other revisions to the Budget Review Committee membership are proposed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the Budget Review Committee could accommodate an additional alternate position.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the following vote, that the City Council does hereby agree to increase the number of alternates eligible to serve the Budget Review Committee from one (1) to two (2).
