CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 4:30 PM.

CLOSED SESSION
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC§ 54956.9(d)(2) and (d)(4)]. Confer with City Attorney and City Manager regarding two (2) potential actions relating to property located at 983 Grand Avenue, 931 Grand Avenue, and 939 Grand Avenue, San Marcos, CA, and generally located at Grand Avenue and Linda Vista Drive.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC§ 54956.9(d)(4)]. Confer with City Attorney and City Manager regarding potential litigation, one (1) potential action.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC§ 54956.9(d)(2)]. Confer with City Attorney and City Manager regarding one (1) potential action relating to real property located at APN 219-231-03, APN 219-231-04, and APN 219-231-04 The City Council reconvened at 5:56 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced that councilmembers discussed items #1 and #2 with staff and provided directions with no other reportable action taken. The City Council did not discuss item #3.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 5:57 PM.
