CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 4:00 PM.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
No requests to speak.
CLOSED SESSION
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC§ 54956.9(d)(2) and (d)(4)]. Confer with City Attorney, City Manager, and Special Counsel regarding one (1) or more potential action(s) concerning real properties located at 219-231-16-00 and APN 219-114-28-00.
The City Council reconvened at 5:29 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK reported that Councilmembers discussed item #1 with counsel and staff and provided direction to the same, and also authorized the initiation of an action relating to APN 219-231-16-00, and the initiation of an action relating to APN 239-114-28-00. No further reportable action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 5:30 PM.
