CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to closed session at 5:02 p.m.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – POTENTIAL LITIGATION (GC §54956.9(d)(4)]. Confer with City Attorney, City Manager, regarding three (3) potential actions.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – POTENTIAL LITIGATION (GC §54956.9(d)(2) and (d)(4)]. Confer with City Attorney, City Manager, and Special Counsel regarding one (1) or more potential action(s) concerning real properties located at APN 219-231-16-00 and APN 219-114-28-00.
The City Council reconvened at 6:02 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced that the City Council discussed the matter, and no reportable action was taken on item #1. The City Council provided directions on scope of delinquency action with respect to APN 219-231-16-00 and APN 219-114-28-00 on item #2.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 6:04 p.m.
