CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

NEW BUSINESS
IDENTIFICATION OF REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS FOR CLOSED SESSION DISCUSSION. Open Session as required by GC Section 54956.8 to identify the City Manager and Matt Traino of IDS as Real Property Negotiators regarding real property located in the City of San Marcos and identified by the following Assessor’s Parcel Numbers: 219-152-76; 219-152-77; 219-152-79; 219-152-70; 219-152-75; 219-152-78; 219-152-42; 219-152-44; 219-152-45; 219-152-51; and 219-152-61. Negotiating party, AOA San Marcos LLC.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK IDENTIFIED THE CITY MANAGER AND MATT TRAINO OF IDS AS REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to closed session at 5:00 p.m.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC§ 54956.9(d)(4)]. One pending litigation matter under GC section 54956.9(d)(1), City of San Marcos v. Greengo Industries, Inc., and Hector Rubio, San Diego Superior Court North County Division Case No. 37-2023-00006579-CU-CR-NC.
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS [GC 54956.8]. Confer with City Negotiators City Manager and Matt Traino of IDS regarding real property located in the City of San Marcos and identified by the following Assessor’s Parcel Numbers: 219-152-76; 219-152-77; 219-152-79; 219-152-70; 219-152-75; 219-152-78; 219-152-42; 219-152-44; 219-152-45; 219-152-51; and 219-152-61. Negotiating party, AOA San Marcos LLC.
The City Council reconvened at 6:00 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced that City Council engaged in discussion with City Attorney on Item #2 and no further action was taken. City Council conferred City Manager regarding property identified in the closed session agenda generally located at Grand Avenue and Bent. City Council discussed the matter and provided direction to staff with respect to the negotiations and no reportable action was taken. In the event that an agreement is reached, those documents will be available pursuant to the Public Records Act when those discussions are concluded.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 6:03 p.m.
