CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

The City Council adjourned to closed session at 5:02 p.m.
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC§ 54956.9(d)( 2)]. Confer with City Attorney, City Manager, and Special Counsel regarding the following claims:
a. Assisted Living Foundation of America, claim received March 13, 2024, regarding terms and conditions applicable to funds issued by the City relating to Las Flores Village; and b. Assisted Living Foundation of America, claim received March 13, 2024, regarding terms and conditions applicable to funds issued by the City relative to Rancho Santa Fe Village.
2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC§ 54956.9(d)(2) and (d)(4)]. Confer with City Attorney, City Manager, and Special Counsel regarding one (1) or more potential action(s) concerning real properties located at APN 219-231-16-00 and APN 219-114-28-00.

CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced that City Council discussed Item #1 and made a unanimous decision to direct staff to deny the claims. City Council received an update on Item #2 and no reportable action was taken.

Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 5:43 p.m.
