CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

The City Council adjourned to closed session at 5:32 p.m.
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS. [GC 54956.8]. Confer with City Negotiators City Manager, Matt Traino of IDS, and City Attorney regarding conditions, price and terms for joint use of City real property identified as Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 222-170-38 with the San Diego Futbol Club.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC 54956.9 (d)(4)]. Potential litigation, one potential action relating to SEMA Construction, Inc., contractor, San Marcos Creek District Infrastructure Project, CIP Project Numbers 88505, 88507, 88529, 88265, 88263, and 88264.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – PENDING LITIGATION [GC 54956.9 (d)(1)]. Pending litigation, City of San Marcos v. Greengo Industries, Inc., a California corporation, Hector Rubio, an individual, et al., San Diego Superior Court, North County Division Case Number 37-2023-00006579-CU-CR-NC.
The City Council reconvened at 6:00 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced that City Council conferred on Item #1 with the designated negotiators and approved an exclusive negotiating agreement for joint use agreement. City Council provided direction to staff on Item #2 and no reportable action was taken. City Council provided direction to City Attorney with respect to the parameters of a proposed settlement for Item #3 and provided further direction to the city’s counsel in that regard.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 6:04 p.m.
