his RV has been here since last Friday. They leave animals out to run around the streets at 4am. As a small business owner in the area it’s insane what we have to deal with, all of the rvs, homeless, and garbage. Nothing is being done to help us. And these people are taking advantage of everyone.

A man has been pulling a non-operating motorhome with a rope or chain moving it from one side of the street to the other for more than seven months. He uses an old white pickup truck with missing license plates to move it. The pickup has white toolboxes and a black metal frame above the toolboxes around the pickup's bed. Multiple large tanks and blue barrels are stored in the back of the pickup/work truck. He usually wears white rubber boots while dumping or spraying in the streets. He lives in the motorhome along with a woman and a cat. I have witnessed him hit the woman, grab her, shove her, and have loud verbally threatening arguments with her. I have reported this situation to the city more than 15 times over the past 2 years. I have also reported some of the more serious issues to the police. He is a dangerous menace to the area, a threat to the decent people in the community, harmful to wildlife, and he washes all kinds of unknown substances down the storm drains. On more than 30 separate occasions I witnessed him empty his waste products onto the street and use a power sprayer to wash it down the drains. I have reported this activity to code enforcement as well.

he dwelling rv followed its front somewhat better half into the neighborhood. All these RV recycle curbs of San Marcos on a rotating a BiWeekly, BiMonthly, and move only when faced with physical written parking notices. 72 hours is not 1176+/- on average dwelling before moving around the corner for another 1176 hours.

There is a 20’ camper (not attached to a truck) that has been parked on the street for the last several weeks and someone has been living in it. it is getting power from the house it is parked In front of (there is an electrical cord taped down on the sidewalk). they refuse to move it and it is making it difficult and dangerous to pull out of the driveway (that’s not theirs). 2024-04-

Can you need to be explain to me the reason why we allow up to 10 RVs to park for weeks on end at Pacific Street. With the recent incident about peeping in the ladies bathroom at a public park where girls play softball all nights of the week how are we allowing homeless to hang out around at this park. This is a huge safety issue with the homeless people doing drugs around the park and creating safety hazards. These people should be forced to move their RVs and not be allowed to live on the street there. I am concerned for my granddaughter safety at this point. No parent or grandparent should be worried to leave their child at practice in fear that some thing is going to happen because you guys have failed to get all these homeless people off the street who live in their RVs.2024 03

They leave a dog tied up outside during the day on the sidewalk next to their RV and leave things from their RV outside on the sidewalk. ’s ridiculous to drive by and see a broken down rv parked with people living in, when we pay to live here. These people move their rv every couple of days but that’s not the issue. The issue is you cannot park your rv and live in it in a residential area like that. They now have brought shopping carts from the grocery store which I know for a fact is illegal to steal a grocery cart and it’s destroying our beautiful residential neighborhood where again we pay to own homes in and taxes. They moved up the street about 500ft. about 5 days ago, and have been parked there for over 72 hours.I do see the hood opened to the RV, suggesting it may be disable. This motorhome and SUV are both owned by the same party, who appears to be living in the motorhome. He only moves the vehicles a few feet every few days, and the parking on Creek St is heavily impacted already by the construction crews working on the building site at the west end of Creek.
There is no parking for our employees, contractors, or customers. In addition, when I leave the building alone at the end of the day and have to walk past this to get to my car, I feel it is an unsafe environment. Please have the owner cited and the vehicle moved. 2024-01-

Homeless are camping in motorhomes on the S. Pacific in front of the building we are building on S. Pacific. We are investing several million dollars to build a building in the City of San Marcos with the hopes of attracting new businesses. Having homeless camp on the street is not good for the City or us.
