RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS CANCELING THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS OF AUGUST 13, 2024 & AUGUST 27, 2024 WHEREAS, the City Council desires to cancel the regularly scheduled meetings of August 13, 2024 and August 27, 2024; and WHEREAS, the City Council may call a Special City Council Meeting in the event a significant item arises with respect to which the City Council must take action prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting; and WHEREAS, at this point in time, there do not appear to be any significant matters that require City Council action on August 13, 2024 and August 27, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Marcos, California, that it does hereby cancel the August 13, 2024 and August 27, 2024 City Council meetings.
