CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

The City Council adjourned to closed session at 5:03 p.m.
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS CITY MANAGER, REAL PROPERTY MANAGER, AND CITY ATTORNEY [GC 54956.8]. Confer with real property negotiators regarding price and/or terms to be discussed with owners of certain real property located within the jurisdictional boundaries of the City of San Marcos identified as: Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 219-121-13-00; APN 219-410-23-00; APNs 219-073-01-00, 219-073-02-00, and 219-073-09-00; and APN 219-163-60-00.
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY [GC 54956.8]. Confer with real property negotiators regarding terms to be discussed with AOA San Marcos LLC, a California limited liability company regarding certain real property owned by the City of San Marcos identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 219-152-74, and certain real property owned by AOA San Marcos LLC identified as APNs 219-152-79, 219-152-78, 219-152-77, and 219-152-75.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION [GC§ 54956.9(a) and (d)(1)]. Confer with City Attorney and Special Counsel regarding pending litigation, City of San Marcos v. Lin Sulu Pastrana, Trustee of AC One Land Trust and AC Two Land Trust dated March 14, 2021, Superior Court of San Diego County, North County Division, Case No. 37-2024-00018227-CU-EI-NC.
The City Council reconvened at 5:59 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced that City Council engaged in discussion on Item #1 and provided direction concerning negotiations with no other reportable action being taken. City Council provided direction to staff on Item #2 on proposed land transfer price and terms; and Item #3 City Council received an update with no reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 6:02 p.m.
