CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 5:01 p.m.

COUNCIL BUSINESS
IDENTIFICATION OF REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS FOR CLOSED SESSION DISCUSSION. Open Session as required by GC Section 54956.8 to identify the City Manager and Matt Traino of IDS as Real Property as the City’s negotiators regarding price and terms to be discussed with AOA San Marcos, LLC for real property located in the City of San Marcos and identified by the following Assessor’s Parcel Numbers: 219-152-76; 219-152-77; 219-152-79; 219-152-70; 219-152-75; 219-152-78; 219-152-42; 219-152-44; 219-152-45; 219-152-51; and 219-152-61.
The City Council voted 5-0 to confirm the identification of the City’s negotiators, the City Manager and Matt Traino of IDS.
IDENTIFICATION OF REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS FOR CLOSED SESSION DISCUSSION. Open Session as required by GC Section 54956.8 to identify the City Manager, City Attorney, Community and Economic Development Director, and Housing and Neighborhood Services Manager as the City’s negotiators regarding price and terms to be discussed with National CORE for City or Successor Housing Agency-owned real property located in the City of San Marcos identified by the following Assessor’s Parcel Numbers: 220-082-05; 220-082-03; 220-084-01; 220-084-02; 220; 084-03; 220-084-04; 220-084-05; 220-083-01; 220-083-02; 220-083-03; 220-083-04; 220-083-05; 220;083-12; 220-083-11; 220-083-10. Also to discuss price and terms for acquisition of real property located at 256 W. Mission Boulevard, Assessor’s Parcel Number 220-084-09, negotiating parties, Aleksander and Snezana Skrbic.
The City Council voted 5-0 to confirm the identification of the City’s negotiators, the City Manager, the City Attorney, the Community and Economic Development Director, and Housing and Neighborhood Services Manager.
CLOSED SESSION
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY [GC 54956.8]. Confer with real property negotiators regarding terms to be discussed with AOA San Marcos LLC, a California limited liability company regarding price and terms for real property located in the City of San Marcos and identified by the following Assessor’s Parcel Numbers: 219-152-76; 219-152-77; 219-152-79; 219-152-70; 219-152-75; 219-152-78; 219-152-42; 219-152-44; 219-152-45; 219-152-51; and 219-152-61.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced the City Council discussed the status of the discussion between the parties and various negotiation points relating to the real property identified on the closed session agenda and provided direction to its negotiators. No reportable action was taken.
