CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

CLOSED SESSION
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC 54956.9 (d)(2)]. Potential litigation, one potential action relating to demands regarding that certain real property identified as Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 219-231-14-00, -15-00, and -16-00, collectively, and one potential action relating to demands regarding that certain real property identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 219-114-28-00.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced the City Council discussed the matter and provided direction on responses to demands. No reportable action was taken.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION [GC§ 54956.9(a) and (d)(1)]. Confer with City Attorney regarding pending litigation, Assisted Living Foundation of America v. the City of San Marcos, et al., Superior Court of San Diego County, North County Division, Case No. 37-2024-00023232-CU-MC-CTL.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced the City Council received an update from counsel. No reportable action was taken.
