CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

NEW BUSINESS
IDENTIFICATION OF REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS FOR CLOSED SESSION DISCUSSION. Open Session item as required by GC Section 54956.8 and identified for the record the City Manager and Matt Traino of IDS as the City’s negotiators regarding real property located at North Las Posas and Armorlite Drive in the City of San Marcos and identified by the following Assessor’s Parcel Number: 219-163-60. Negotiating party: Associated Microbreweries, LTD, a California Limited Partnership.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to closed session at 5:01 p.m.
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS [GC 54956.8]. Confer with real property negotiators City Manager and Matt Traino of IDS regarding price and/or terms for that certain real property located at North Las Posas and Armorlite Drive in the City of San Marcos and identified by the following Assessor’s Parcel Number: 219-163-60.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC 54956.9 (d)(4)]. Potential litigation, one potential action relating to SEMA Construction, Inc., contractor, San Marcos Creek District Infrastructure Project, CIP Project Numbers 88505, 88507, 88529, 88265, 88263, and 88264.
The City Council reconvened at 5:55 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced the City Council discussed items #2 and #3 and provided direction to staff with no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 5:57 p.m.
