CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

NEW BUSINESS
CITY COUNCIL DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE(S) (GC §54957.6). Consider appointing City Council’s designated representative(s) regarding City Manager compensation.
By consensus the City Council designated Councilmember Musgrove and Councilmember Sannella.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to closed session at 4:10 p.m.
PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (GC§ 54957): Performance evaluation of the City Manager.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC 54956.9 (d)(4)]. Potential litigation, two potential actions relating to SEMA Construction, Inc., contractor, and/or its subcontractors, San Marcos Creek District Infrastructure Project, CIP Project Numbers 88505, 88507, 88529, 88265, 88263, and 88264 The City Council reconvened at 5:53 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced the City Council discussed item #2 with no reportable action taken and on item #3 City Council provided direction to staff regarding potential settlements with no further reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 6:30 p.m.
