RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 4 TO THE JANITORIAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH CCS FACILITY SERVICES FOR CITY-WIDE JANITORIAL SERVICES Whereas, On January 28, 2020, CCS Facility Services – San Diego, Inc. was awarded a general services contract for City-wide janitorial services, with a total not-to-exceed value of $1,300,000; and Whereas, In order to better align this agreement with the City’s fiscal calendar and to allow adequate time to publicly bid; and WHEREAS, Staff is seeking Council approval to authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment 4 to the Janitorial Services Agreement with CCS Facility Services – San Diego, Inc, in an amount not to exceed $1,616,600.00 and extend the agreement to August 03, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Marcos does hereby approve Amendment 4 to the Janitorial Services Agreement with CCS Facility Services – San Diego, Inc, to an amount not to exceed $1,616,600.00, extends the agreement to August 03, 2025, and delegates to and authorizes the City Manager to finalize and execute said amendment.
