CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to closed session at 5:31 p.m.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – PENDING LITIGATION [GC 54956.9 (d)(1)]. Pending litigation, City of San Marcos v. Greengo Industries, Inc., a California corporation, Hector Rubio, an individual, et al., San Diego Superior Court, North County Division Case Number 37-2023-00006579-CU-CR-NC.
The City Council reconvened at 6:00 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced City Council discussed item #1 and provided direction to the City Attorney on settlement parameters to be presented to the defendant with no further reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 6:01 p.m.
