CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 5:31 p.m.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
No comments.
CLOSED SESSION
COUNCILMEMBER LEBLANG announced a conflict of interest with the item due to her financial involvement with My Yard Live, LLC and would not participate in the closed session.
The City Council adjourned to closed session at 5:33 p.m.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC 54956.9 (d)(4)]. Potential litigation, one potential action, arising from that certain lease between the City and My Yard Live, LLC, a California limited liability company, relating to the City’s real property and improvements located at 288 Rancheros Drive, San Marcos, California, identified as a portion of Assessor’s Parcel Number 220-420-07-00, Possessory Interest Parcel Number 760-167-25-00.
The City Council reconvened at 5:58 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced City Council discussed item #1 and provided direction to staff with no further reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 6:01 p.m.
