The City Council adjourned to closed session at 5:03 p.m.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - PENDING LITIGATION. One pending litigation matter under GC section 54956.9 (d)(1), City of San Marcos v. Greengo Industries, Inc., and Hector Rubio, San Diego Superior Court North County Division Case No. 37-2023-00006579-CU-CR-NC.
The City Council reconvened at 5:54 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced City Council discussed item #1 and provided direction to staff with no further reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 5:55 p.m.
