No comments.
CLOSED SESSION
Councilmember LeBlang did not participate in the closed session due to having a financial interest in My Yard Live.
The City Council adjourned to closed session at 5:32 p.m.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC 54956.9 (d)(4)]. Potential litigation, one potential action, arising from that certain lease between the City and My Yard Live, LLC, a California limited liability company, relating to the City’s real property and improvements located at 288 Rancheros Drive, San Marcos, California, identified as a portion of Assessor’s Parcel Number 220-420-07-00, Possessory Interest Parcel Number 760-167-25-00.
The City Council reconvened at 5:55 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced the City Council discussed item #1 and provided direction to staff with no further reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 5:56 p.m.
