CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to closed session at 4:32 p.m.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION [GC§ 54956.9(a) and (d)(1)]. Confer with Special Counsel and City Attorney regarding pending litigation, Assisted Living Foundation of America v. the City of San Marcos, et al., Superior Court of San Diego County, North County Division, Case No. 37-2024-00023232-CU-MC-CTL.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC 54956.9 (d)(2)]. Potential litigation, one potential action relating to demands regarding that certain real property identified as Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 219-231-14-00, -15-00, and -16-00, collectively, and one potential action relating to demands regarding that certain real property identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 219-114-28-00.
CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS (GC §54957.6). Conference with the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, and the Administrative Services Director as the City’s designated negotiators, regarding labor negotiations with the San Marcos Classified Miscellaneous Employees Association, San Marcos Supervisors Association, and San Marcos Professional Firefighters Association.
The City Council reconvened at 5:47 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced the City Council discussed items 1 through 3 and provided direction to staff with no further reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 5:49 p.m.
