The City Council adjourned to closed session at 5:32 p.m.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL- POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC§ 54956.9 (d)(4)]. Confer with City Attorney and City Manager regarding potential litigation, one potential action.
The City Council reconvened at 5:59 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced the City Council discussed the item and provided direction to staff with no further reportable action taken.

Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 6:02 p.m.
