CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 3:00 PM.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
There were none.
WORKSHOP – REAL ESTATE PORTFOLIO OPTIMIZATION
CITY MANAGER BENDER AND MATT TRAINO, IDS, provided a summary of the workshop and information regarding the city’s real estate portfolio.
CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION INCLUDED: clarification of current real estate and economic conditions and overview, total number of city properties and parcels, Redevelopment properties and dissolution challenges, AOA grand avenue project update, Surplus Land Act disposition of properties process and challenges, noticing for disposition of properties, repurposing of real estate and properties at Creekside, financials for Creekside Marketplace, tree preservation and redevelopment of buildings at Creekside, status of federal leases, unconventional uses of properties and new opportunities for investments and revenue generation.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 4:14 PM.
