CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to closed session at 5:02 p.m.
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS [GC 54956.8]. Confer with City Negotiators City Manager and Matt Traino regarding price and terms for potential operations on City-owned real property identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 222-170-38; the persons with whom City negotiators may negotiate being Rodney Freeman, Freeman Group, Inc., and Eric Andalman, Hogan Lovells US, LLP.
PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION [GC Section 54957(b)(1)] and Conference with Labor Negotiator [GC 54957.6]. Evaluation of the City Manager, and conference with the City Council’s designated representative Council Member LeBlang regarding labor negotiations.
The City Council reconvened at 5:48 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced the City Council discussed the following items and provided direction to staff with no further reportable action taken.
