CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to closed session at 5:02 p.m.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL- POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC§ 54956.9 (d)(2) and (e)(1)]. Confer with City Attorney and City Manager regarding potential litigation, three potential actions.
The City Council reconvened at 5:57 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced the City Council discussed the item and provided direction to staff with no further reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 5:58 p.m.
