RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
MARCOS ADOPTING AN UPDATED PART-TIME CLASSIFICATION
AND COMPENSATION SCHEDULES
WHEREAS, updates to the Part-Time Classification and Compensation schedule were prepared for the City Council’s consideration, to ensure that the City of Sa n Marcos remains compliant under California Minimum Wage orders, resulting in an updated schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San Marcos does hereby adopt the Full Time Classification and Compensation Schedule att ached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, to be effective as of December 20, 2025.
