APPOINTMENT OF DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE(S) (GC §54957.6). Consider appointment and identification of designated representative(s) regarding compensation. Position: City Attorney.
By consensus those members present appointed Councilmember Danielle LeBlang as negotiator.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to closed session at 4:05 p.m.
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (GC§§ 54957(Bb), 54957.6): Conduct evaluation, engage in separate discussion with Designated Representative(s) as desired. Position: City Attorney.
The City Council reconvened at 5:57 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced the City Council discussed the item with no further reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 5:58 p.m.
