REQUESTED ENTITLEMENTS
1. Specific Plan Amendment (SP24-0002)
An amendment of the Davia Village -MARC Specific Plan adding language permitting the conversion ten (10) existing retail suites to ten (10) residential suites, subject to approval of a Conditional Use Permit;
2. Conditional Use Permit (CUP24-0001)
A Conditional Use Permit to allow for the conversion of commercial space for ten (10) residential apartment units on the ground floor of an existing mixed-use building;
