RESOLUTION NO. 2026-XXXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS APPROVING CONTINUED USE OF A CONTRACT FOR TEMPORARY STAFFING SERVICES WITH ROTH STAFFING COMPANIES, LP, DOING BUSINESS AS (DBA), ULTIMATE STAFFING, PURSUANT TO SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL CODE (SMMC) CHAPTER 2.30, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE RELATED DOCUMENTS WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos maintains an agreement with Roth Staffing Companies, LP, doing business as Ultimate Staffing, for temporary staffing services; and WHEREAS, pursuant to San Marcos Municipal Code Chapter 2.30, Section 2.30.030, contracts exceeding the City Manager’s delegated authority require a report to City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San Marcos hereby accepts the report related to contract services for temporary staffing with Roth Staffing Companies, LP, doing business as Ultimate Staffing, and authorizes the City Manager or designee to execute documents related to the contract.
