CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 5:01 p.m.

CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to closed session at 5:02 p.m.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION [GC 54956.9(D)(4)]. Potential litigation, one potential action relating to the lease of premises located at Assessor’s Parcel Number 220-170-43-00 and addressed as 591 Grand Avenue, Suite 100.
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS [GC 54956.8]. Confer with City Negotiators City Manager, Matt Traino, and special counsel Alan Fenstermacher regarding price and terms for potential operations on City-owned real property identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 222-170-38; the persons with whom City negotiators may negotiate being Rodney Freeman, Freeman Group, Inc., and Eric Andalman, Hogan Lovells US, LLP.
The City Council reconvened at 5:56 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced the City Council discussed item #1 and provided unanimous direction to staff and its leasing agent with no further reportable action taken and discussed item #2 conferring with city negotiators and provided unanimous direction to staff and negotiators with no further reportable action taken
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 5:57 p.m.
