CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

No comments.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to closed session at 5:01 p.m.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL –PENDING AND POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC 54956.9 (d)(1) and (d)(4)]. Pending dispute resolution proceedings, and potential litigation arising therefrom, two potential actions relating to SEMA Construction, Inc., contractor, and its subcontractors Marina, all of which relate to the San Marcos Creek District Infrastructure Project, CIP Project Numbers 88505, 88507, 88529, 88265, 88263, and 88264.
The City Council reconvened at 5:52 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced the City Council discussed the item, received a status report with no further reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 5:53 p.m.
