CALL TO ORDER: Deputy Mayor Sannella called the City Council Meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.

CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC 54956.9 (d)(2) and (e)(3)]. Potential litigation, two potential actions relating to that certain real property owned by Assisted Living Foundation of America, a Texas non-profit corporation, addressed as 500 S. Rancho Santa Fe Road, San Marcos, CA 92078, and identified as Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 219-231-14-00, -15-00, and -16-00, collectively, and two potential actions relating to that certain real property owned by Las Flores Village Partners, L.P., a California limited partnership, addressed as 1411 N. Las Flores Drive, San Marcos, CA, 92069. 219-114-28-00.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION [GC§ 54956.9(a) and (d)(1)]. Pending litigation, Assisted Living Foundation of America v. the City of San Marcos, et al., Superior Court of San Diego County, North County Division, Case No. 37-2024-00023232-CU-MC-CTL.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC 54956.9 (d)(2) and (e)(3)]. Potential litigation, one potential action relating to that certain real property located at 2907 S. Santa Fe Avenue, San Marcos, CA 92069, owned by Kleege Enterprises.
The City Council reconvened at 5:59 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced the City Council discussed the following items:
