OF THE SAN MARINO CITY COUNCIL
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2022 AT 5:30 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jakubowski called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. in the San Marino Center, located at 1800 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Council Member Huang, Council Member Shepherd Romey, Council Member Ude, Vice Mayor Talt, and Mayor Jakubowski ABSENT: None

CLOSED SESSION
At 5:3l p.m., the Council recessed to closed session to discuss the following items:
I. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)
The City Council met with respect to one (I) matter of significant exposure to litigation.
At 5:58 p.m. the Council reconvened to open session.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
The City Council met on Item I and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jakubowski adjourned the special meeting at 5:59 p.m.
