Regular Meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. Typically, Adjourned Meetings are held on the last Friday of every month at 8:30 a.m.

1) Public comment will be accepted by email to [email protected] until 3:00 p.m. the day before the meeting, to be read by the City Clerk during public comment.
Lengthy public comment may be summarized in the interest of time. Any comments received after 3:00 p.m. will be included in the public comment record but will not be read at the meeting.
2) Public comment will be accepted electronically via the zoom.us teleconference module during the meeting. Zoom comments will be taken after the in-person comments.

PUBLIC COMMENTS
The City welcomes public input. Members of the public may address the City Council by completing a public comment card and giving it to the City Clerk prior to the meeting. The Mayor reserves the right to place limits on duration of comments.
NEW BUSINESS
1. APPROVAL OF A TEMPORARY SECURITY OFFICER CONTRACT SAFETY
PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZATION FOR THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE SELECTED VENDOR
Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to select a vendor and enter into a not-to-exceed three-year contract for the next three years (as needed), subject to final language approval by the Police Chief, City Manager, and City Attorney, and appropriate up to $340,600 from General Fund Reserves each month for the remainder of this fiscal year as needed to account 103-30-4150-0000 (Other Contract Services).
2. PRESENTATION OF FY 2022-23 PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET BY
DEPARTMENT
Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council provide direction to the City Manager on the proposed FY 2022-23 operating budget.
