FRIDAY, APRIL 22, 2022 AT 8:30 A.M.
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jakubowski called the special meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. in the San Marino Center, located at 1800 Huntington Drive, San Marino, California 91 108.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor Jakubowski led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Council Member Huang (arrived at 8:33 a.m.), Council Member Shepherd Romey, Council Member Ude, Vice Mayor Talt, and Mayor Jakubowski

1. APPROVAL OF A TEMPORARY SECURITY OFFICER CONTRACT SAFETY
PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZATION FOR THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE SELECTED VENDOR
Police Chief Incontro presented the staff report.

Council Member Shepherd Romey moved, seconded by Vice Mayor Talt, to authorize the remainder of this fiscal year as needed to account 103-30-4150-0000 (Other Contract Motion passed by the following vote:
AYES: Council Member Shepherd Romey, Council Member Ude, Vice Mayor Talt, and Mayor Jakubowski
NOES: Council Member Huang

City Manager Marlowe and Finance Director Chung gave opening remarks.

Mayor Jakubowski recessed the meeting at 10:12 a.m. and reconvened the meeting at 10:17 a.m.
