FRIDAY, MAY 27, 2022 AT 8:30 A.M.
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jakubowski called the adjourned regular meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. in the San Marino Center, located at 1800 Huntington Drive, San Marino, California 91108.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor Jakubowski led the Pledge of Allegiance.

City Clerk Baker presented the staff report.

Council Member Ude moved, seconded by Council Member Huang, to appoint to the Planning Commission, Ms. Shelley Boyle and Mr. John Dustin as full members, and Mr. Ching Chiao as an alternate member; to the Design Review Committee, Mr. Raymond Cheng, Ms. Sharon Mequet, and Ms. Joyce Gatsoulis-Batnij as full members, and Mr. Tony Chou as an alternate member; to the Library Board of Trustees, Ms. Debra Sadun and Ms. Kathy Osegueda as full members, and Ms. Sandy Chiao and Ms. Vivi Wahl as alternate members; and to the Public Safety Commission, Mr. Jeffrey Boozell, Mr. Hunter Chang, and Ms. Elizabeth Feffer as full members, and Mr. Charles Martinson as a full member to complete the term ending May 31, 2024.

Council Member Huang moved, seconded by Council Member Ude, to approve Resolution No. R-22-23, Establishing the Appropriations Limit and Appropriations Subject to Limitation for Fiscal Year 2022-23.
