CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jakubowski called the meeting to order at 8:38 a.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Council Member Huang, Council Member Shepherd Romey, Council Member Ude, Vice Mayor Talt (arrived at 8:46 a.m.), and Mayor Jakubowski
