CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jakubowski called the meeting to order at 8:3l a.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 2200 Huntington Drive, San Marino, CA 91108.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Council Member Huang, Council Member Shepherd Romey (arrived at 8:33 a.m.), Council Member Ude, Vice Mayor Talt, and Mayor Jakubowski

I. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. R-22-34 RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.
R-20-25 AND CHANGING THE LOCATION OF CITY COUNCIL AND
ADVISORY BODY MEETING LOCATIONS
City Clerk Baker presented the staff report.
The following person(s) provided comment:

Mayor Jakubowski moved, seconded by Council Member Ude, to adopt Resolution No. R- 22-34, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Marino, California, Rescinding Resolution No. R-20-25 and Changing the Location of City Council and Advisory Body Meetings.
Motion passed by the following vote:
AYES: Council Member Shepherd Romey, Council Member Huang, Council Member Ude, Vice Mayor Talt, and Mayor Jakubowski
NOES: None

ABSENT: None
